Quiet road, opposite a park, but really close to everything! The staff showed me everything on a map on arrival, had a nice glass of free prosecco and they even gave me a pair or earplugs as my husband was snoring! Was raining and they offered umbrella and a choice of pillows, which I didnt change as the bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are uniquely designed. The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean, with large bed, high quality pillows, blanket and towels. The breakfast was good and varied. The service level is exellent, the staff is wonderful, always ready to help with patience and smile. We enjoyed our stay very much and it was a special experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a fruit basket and a personal letter from the hotel owner — who assisted us kindly from the moment we made our reservation until the day we left. The staff were exceptionally friendly and available 24/7 for anything we needed. A truly wonderful experience — highly recommended!Posted onVerified חוויה מפנקת במלון מפנק. עם צוות אדיב ומקצועי שהיה שם בשבילנו מסביב לשעון וארוחת בוקר מיוחדת היי שהינו במלון collect באמצע אוקטובר. מלון בוטיק מפנק שיש בו אווירה של בית וסטייל יחד. מעוצב בטוב טעם. האווירה של הבית גם מורגשת בארוחת בוקר שיושבים אחד ליד השני, כאילו מתארחים בסלון של מישהו. ארוחת בוקר טובה שיש בה הכל מהכל והכל טרי. על פניו נראה שאין הרבה, אבל רואים שהושקעה מחשבה בכל המנות ובאיכותן שהוכנו במיוחד, כולל שוט של ג׳ינג׳ר להתנעת הבוקר 😉 הצוות במלון היה מאוד אדיב ומקצועי עם סבלנות רבה, גם שהיו שאלות והתייעצויות לגבי מקומות לבקר בהם. מאחר וזה מלון ללא ילדים הכל נעשה בשקט ושלווה וברוגע. כל בקשה שהיתה לנו נענתה בחיוב ובאופן מיידי. בכניסה לחדר קיבלנו מכתב וולקם עם פנייה אישית (השמות שלנו) ופירות העונה וזו היתה מחווה מיוחדת ממש. החדר עצמו היה בדיוק במידה, נקי ומעוצב בטוב טעם ופשוט תענוג להיכנס אליו. המיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד והמקלחת מפנקת ממש עם ראש דוש גדול במיוחד. האווירה הכללית בחדר השרתה רוגע ושלווה. גם באופן כללי, האווירה במלון היתה מצוינת והרגשנו פינוק אמיתי. שכל הזמן דואגים לנו ושכל הצוות שם בשבילנו. ממליצה בחום על המלון. אודליה

Это наш второй визит в прекрасный Будапешт, в этот раз мы решили остановиться в бутик Hotel Collect 4 звезды ,отель только для взрослых без детей на 16 номеров Отель расположен в тихом месте на против парка.В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, главные торговые улицы,уютные рестораны ,кофейни и бары.От отеля вы слегкостью сможете добраться до любого уголка Будапешта ,в двух минутах ходьбы все виды общественного транспорта . В день прибытия нас очень тепло приняли сотрудники рецепшен, предложили отдохнуть с дороги выпить кофе или проссеко, все с улыбкой и заботой. В комнате нас ждало тёплое послание и вкусные макарунс,очень порадовало . Отель расположен в здании ,которое прошло реставрацию,очень интересный дизайн интерьера.Лифт скорее всего был добавлен в процессе реконструкции, поэтому вас может ожидать сюрприз ,он останавливаеться между этажами.Так что с чемоданом придётся либо подняться пол этажа или спуститься,небольшие трудности. На выбор гостей есть бар подушек.Для меня это было очень важно как астматику ,выбрать гипоалергенную подушку .Комнаты просторные ,с кроватью кинг сайз с удобным и самым лучшим матрасом.Что нужно для уставшего туриста после насыщенного дня -удобная кровать и хорошая подушка. В комнате есть кондиционер и батарея для обогрева в холодный период .В ванной комнате также есть обогрев,фен.Полотенца меняли ежедневно .В комнате капсульная кофе машина,чайник,мини бар,сейф,ежедневно ставили бутылку минеральной воды,махровые халаты и тапочки.Телевизор с Нетфликс ,ютюб и тв каналами.По утрам подают завтрак ,т.к в отеле нет столовой и всего 4 столика то необходимо записаться заранее на него на все время пребывания.На завтрак готовят 3 вида яичницы в тостере т.к кухни в классической понимании нет ,интересный опыт для меня ,можно заказать также варёные яйца .Подают разнообразную выпечку,хлеб,соки ,сырную и мясную нарезку и овощи,зелень, гранолу,готовят разнообразный кофе.Это больше чем стандартный европейский завтрак, но не такой привычный как в Израильских отелях. На память о пребывание можно купить ароматы для дома ,которые создают специально создают для этого отеля ,привозят с Тель Авива.Владелец и дизайнер отеля наши соотечественники,для нас в двойне приятно. Единственное что слегка огорчило наше пребывания, уборка комнаты.Пыль на четвёртый день была уже сантиметровым слоем.Поэтому сняла одну звезду за сервис. На рецепшен очень приятные сотрудники, которые с удовольствием и терпением помогают гостям отеля. В целом не смотря на некоторые неудобства отличный отель для отдыха.

We arrived early in the morning, and our room was ready. Our friends arrived 2 hours after us and got a room just next to us. Our room was spacious, a closet for the clothes, and a comfortable bed with night stands. Also a little couch. The bathroom wad also spacious and comfortable, with a very pleasant shower. Some minuses- the door of the room was very much *not soundproof*, we could hear everytime our neighbors opened and closed the door very loudly. Also, the breakfast ‘hall’ is very small, with very small tables. We had to reserve a place for breakfast in advance due to small amount of tables, and the seating was mot very comfortable. But the breakfast itself was great.
