In accordance with the laws in force, from September 1, 2021, all guests will be required to present a valid photo ID at check-in.
The photo ID may be a passport, an identity card or a driving licence in card form. Presentation of the IDs on any smart devices are insufficient. It will be digitally scanned at the reception, the cards are stored in the Visitor Information Closed Database (VIZA) for up to two years. In the absence of a document, the hotel is obliged to refuse accommodation services.
